I'm a Transformational Strategist and the founder of Ethos Transformation Services LLC, based in Palm Bay, Florida. I am a cancer survivor. My mission is simple: to help people change their behavior, improve their self-care routines, and reach their absolute best selves.

I specialize in working with individuals dealing with menopause, andropause, PCOS, and hormonal health challenges — for both women and men. Through mental coaching, behavioral strategies, drums, dance, and a holistic approach to self-care, I guide my clients toward lasting, meaningful transformation.
